How to log into Distillemr Portal

Login page: https://app.distillemr.com/login

Instructions

  1. Visit the Login Page

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click "Continue"

If your organization has Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled, you will be redirected to login with your organization credentials.

If your organization doesn't not have SSO, then you will be asked to enter a login code. In that case, follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for a login code

  2. Copy the login code in your email

  3. Return to the login page

  4. Enter / Paste the login code

  5. Click "Continue"

  6. You should now be logged in

Troubleshooting

  1. Can't find the email with login code

    • Check your Spam folder

    • On Outlook / O365, check the Other view. More details

    • Add [email protected] to your safe list

    • Contact your IT department to request:

      • Adding the following domains to the allow list:

        • notifications.distillemr.com

        • distillemr.com

      • Adding the [email protected] email to the allow list in Microsoft Defender or another email security solution.

    • If none of the above help, reach out to [email protected]
